2 gemas

2 claras batidas em castelo

Salsa a gosto

Coloque a massa quebrada na forma com fundo falso para quiches e pique-a com um garfo.

Prepare o recheio envolvendo em primeiro lugar as duas gemas com o queijo ricota.

Acrescente de seguida os restantes ingredientes do recheio a gosto.

Neste caso utilizei peru desfiado, queijo ralado e a salsa.

De seguida envolva as claras batidas em castelo aos poucos até o recheio ficar fofo.

Verta o recheio na massa quebrada, cubra com queijo ralado e leve ao forno.
