RETINOL O ALIADO ANTIRUGAS ANTIMANCHAS E ANTIACNE

Hoje decidi vir falar-vos dos meus aliados antirrugas, antimanchas e antiacne, que regulam a oleosidade da pele.
Têm na sua composição retinol, uma molécula da vitamina A que tem um efeito menos agressivo para a pele que o ácido retinoico (que podemos encontrar no Ketrel à venda em farmácias e que mais para o outono conto falar-vos sobre ele) embora os resultados demorem mais a aparecer.
De acordo com dermatologistas deve ser utilizado preferencialmente à noite uma vez que é fotossensibilizante isto é, reage com a exposição solar podendo nesse caso aumentar as manchas.
Se for utilizado de dia (só no inverno) deverá ser sempre combinado com um protetor solar 50+.
Deve ser evitado em peles sensíveis, com rosácea ou por grávidas.
Existem no mercado muitos produtos com retinol na sua composição.
Os meus eleitos foram o RedermicR e Redermic R Olhos de La Roche Posay que adquiri na Wells.
Noto já uma diferença no grão da pele que está mais fina, suave e lisa. Felizmente não senti grande sensibilidade ou irritação na utilização.

Os efeitos sobre o acne são notórios e também já noto uma atenuação das manchas causadas pelo acne.
Quanto às rugas, como o grão da pele está mais fino parecem também um pouco atenuadas, embora a utilização contínua diária possa ainda trazer mais resultados a este nível.
Caso se sinta algum ressecamento na pele, convém combinar sempre com um bom creme hidratante.
No início senti algum ressecamento e ardor nos cantos dos lábios, mas com a utilização de um bom hidratante labial, esta reação passou passados alguns dias.
Posso adiantar-vos que, em alternativa aos cremes, no mercado existem ampolas com retinol na sua composição, como as monodoses de vitamina A da Clique One om retinol a 0,15% que podem ser encontradas à venda em farmácias.
Para evitar o surgimento da dermatite irritativa convém tal como já vos tinha dito, aplicar à noite e em pequenas quantidades.
Assim podem ser utilizados durante o verão ou férias, desde que se tenha estes cuidados.
