O MEU ANTIESTRIAS PERDA DE PESO E FLACIDEZ

Escrevo este post para vos deixar o meu testemunho e procurar a tomada de consciência que ha certas situações que podemos evitar prevenindo, cuidando da nossa pele.
Não vão acreditar se vos confessar que só me deparei com estrias no meu corpo agora aos 39 anos..
Na verdade quando era jovem sempre fui elegante e sem propensão sequer para celulite. Acontece que depois dos 30começei a ganhar peso, ano apos ano e este ano, em consequência de um problema de saúde, vi-me obrigada a alterar a minha alimentação para escolhas mais saudáveis com o objetivo de perder uns quilinhos.
Nunca tive complexos e nunca me preocupei muito mas a verdade e que já estava acima do peso.
Em 5 meses perdi dez quilos e agora apercebi-me que para alem da celulite apareceram umas estrias, umas pequenas riscas brancas na pele, que está mais flácida nas ancas e nádegas.
Enfim, em conversa com uma amiga ela falou-me na importância de hidratarmos bem a pele, utilizando cremes gordos e óleos.
Cuidados que deveremos ter sempre que ocorrem alterações no nosso peso.
Sempre que ocorrem alterações bruscas de peso, a pele perde elasticidade e fica flácida.
Para evitar que isto aconteça há que praticar exercício físico para aumentar a tonicidade, beber muita agua, tomar suplementos de glucosamina e hidratar bem a pele através da utilização de um bom reafirmante corporal.
As estrias sao lesões cutâneas que se iniciam com a produção de radicais livres e enzimas que produzem a rutura das fibras elásticas (colagénio  e elástica) . Surgem numa primeira fase lesões avermelhadas que depois ficam esbranquiçadas.
Por aconselhamento comecei a utilizar o creme DAVEIA Antiestrias que adquiri na farmácia.
Já noto a pele mais elástica e espero que não me apareçam mais estrias.

Trata-se de um creme que visa reestabelecer a elasticidade da pele evitando a degradação das fibras elásticas e neutralizar os radicais livres produzidos.
O creme é espesso mas fácil de espalhar tem um suave aroma.
Possui componentes que aceleram a hidratação da pele e anti- oxidantes que protegem as fibras elásticas.
É adequado para casos de aumento de peso que provocam a distensão da pele, como na puberdade, gravidez ou obesidade.
